Glenmhor is a comfortable and well equipped, sunny property refurbished to the highest standards in the Perthshire town of Auchterarder, famous for The Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Courses, which are 2 miles away, and Auchterarder Golf Club at 1 mile. Known as 'The Lang Toon', Auchterarder has the distinction of being Scotland's oldest Burgh.
This is an excellent base, whether you like to golf on the 40 or so Courses in Perthshire, fish, walk, visit Whisky distilleries, go to concerts, or eat in some of the highly rates restaurants nearby or just relax. There is a 4-Star hotel and two restaurants within a couple of minutes walk in case cooking is not on your agenda!
Glenmhor is only a 15-minute drive from historic Stirling and Perth and an hour from all the facilities of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Scone Palace, the Black Watch Regimental Museum, Stirling Castle and many other attractions are on the doorstep.
A 'welcome pack' of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, salt/pepper, dishwashing tablets and washing up liquid is included in the rental.
